NutriHealth Team consists of a naturopath, Michael O'Hara, and his two assistants. We run several web-sites to help people achieve optimum health through proper nutrition and a natural lifestyle.

We know that education will make much of the medication unnecessary. In this Web site we will present people with reliable health education materials, in order to help them improve their health, reverse and overcome degenerative illnesses, and avoid many medications, hospitalizations and surgeries.
